Shawn Baichoo was born and raised in Montreal where he’s been doing his acting thing for over 20 years now. Though he’s acted on stage (Danny and the Deep Blue Sea), on television (Ascension, Real Detective, The Art of More), in movies (3 Saisons, The Punisher: No Mercy fan film), commercials (Bell, Might & Magic: Showdown), and a web-series (LARPs Season 2, where he was the fight choreographer and played Harold), his true passion is for voice work, stunt fighting, motion capture and fight choreography. He’s had the chance to work on almost all of the Assassin’s Creed video game series (he played Niccolo Machiavelli, Father Maffei, Duccio, and Stéphane Chapheau). He played Miles Upshur in Red Barrel’s excellent first person horror-survival game Outlast. He choreographed and did motion capture for all of Adam Jensen’s takedowns in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, as well as lending his voice to various characters and his body for much of Jensen’s in-game cinematic sequences. He did some early motion capture and stunt work on The Division and For Honor, respectively, and voices the Conqueror class in Ubisoft’s popular medieval fighting game. Most significantly perhaps, he is best known as the voice and body of the zany, motor-mouthed hacker/engineer Wrench in Ubisoft’s hugely popular Watch Dogs 2. Look for him in the upcoming Outlast 2 where he once again reprises the lead, though this time as a different character called Blake Langermann.
